I’m a food technologist, i work mainly in Portugal and Angola. Passionate about honest quality comfort food and natural preserving techniques. I feel that I express myself when i cook Southern Portuguese. I was born in Alentejo and I lived in Algarve for 15 years. I’m so in love with these two regions as I am about showing their best. You can expect traditional food prepared with top quality ingredients and a twist of improved techniques. If you want I can explain you some technical details. I only cook season ingredients and my menu is only a guideline, so you learn about my type of food. If you like it we can listen Fado music and I can teach you a bit about it.
